THE ACE CLUB

PWHS returns to The ACE Club for five dates during the 2009 golf season. They include a practice round on
August 23, three 9-hole league matches with Springfield (August 24), Wissahickon (August 31), and
Upper Dublin (September 21), and a single non-league match with Methacton (October 5). The ACE Club
recently hosted the Exelon Golf Tournament that featured host Jim Furyk and professional golfers; Anthony Kim
(hole-in-one on par-3 12th hole), Kenny Perry and Paul Casey. The Colonials have had great success
during the two years (2006-2007) they were at The ACE Club. You may remember that The ACE Club was
built over the old Eagle Lodge CC site, a course that PWHS played on for many years.
